Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. Within that window, please note our carriers will pass off your order to your local USPS office.
With priority shipping your order will arrive within a 3-4 business day delivery window after shipping via USPS.
With expedited shipping your order will arrive within a 2 business day window via FedEx or UPS.
Large orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground shipping. Once the order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after your package has shipped.
Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. We partner with a variety of carriers to meet these delivery expectations. Orders will not be subject to any taxes or duties upon delivery.
International shipping for all SNOAP products are carried out by one of two methods.
These methods are Landmark DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid).
For those who are not aware, here is the breakdown of what these two methods detail!
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This is where the Doc agrees to cover safely transporting your SNOAP products until they reach an agreed-upon destination. Import related taxes and duties will be collected and paid for by SNOAP and Landmark. Once that destination is reached, the responsibility shifts to your local courier for final mile delivery!
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): This is where the Doc agrees to cover transporting your SNOAP products safely to your destination, however taxes and duties may be required by the customer to pay upon delivery for a package entering that particular country. Once again, these taxes and duties are not the responsibility of SNOAP!
Shipping rates are for all international SNOAP orders are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order(s)!
Orders shipped internationally to the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or member states of the EU will be shipped DDP. All other countries that the Doc currently ships to, that are not listed as a DDP country, will be shipped DDU. It's good to know what to expect before you place your order of natural suds!
Lastly, SNOAP products are not intended for resale outside of the United States. We reserve the right to cancel any order which violates these terms.
Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-3 business days. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause a longer delay in an order.
Shipping times noted at checkout are business days estimated for transit only. For all free shipping options, these times are not guaranteed. They are only estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or 1-2 business days needed to process and ship your order (1-3 business days for international orders).
For paid shipping options, these times are guaranteed but again do not include the business days needed to process and ship your orders, excluding again weekends and holidays (for international orders, local holidays in shipping and receiving locations are also excluded when calculating guaranteed shipping time frames).
If you have paid for shipping and your order does not arrive within three business business days of the maximum shipping time frame we will refund 50% of your shipping charges, and if your paid shipping option does not arrive within five business days from the maximum timeframe, we will refund 100% of your shipping charges and reship your order via a standard shipping option, if a parcel is declared lost.
