6. Product Descriptions & Formulations

SNOAP and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in disclosing product descriptions, weights, ingredients, and formulation scorecards. However, because our soaps are genuinely handcrafted in small batches using raw donkey milk and organic cold-pressed botanicals, minor variations in color, natural botanical marbling, and cured bar weight (approx. 5 oz / 140g) may naturally occur.

If a product offered by SNOAP is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our 30-Day "Soft Skin" Guarantee for an immediate replacement or full refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
